1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 2 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.

b. Condition:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

c. Documentation:

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

2. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

a. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@batkraft.com. Instructions for returning the item will be provided via email.

b. Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If returning an item valued over ₹4,000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 days, and products are shipped within 48 hours.
